The blowing – filling – capping combi-block system is based on blowing system, filling system and the capping system, realizes the integrated control and production of multiple system equipment through the comprehensive application of optoelectronic, electrical, and gas and the synchronous control by the servo system.

From Preform to Filled Products

Combiblock filling machine, also called blowing filling capping combiblock, blowing filling and capping machine, etc. Specially designed for bottled water production. The main features of the combiblock are high efficiency, large output (output range 12000bph-54000bph, can be customized according to production needs), saving resources and costs.Adopting online bottle blowing, filling and capping technology, the transmission of preforms and bottles is very stable, and the production line saves more than 25% energy.Sokos machine provides blowing filling and capping machine with various production capacities, among which the more common ones are 18000bph combiblock filling machine, 24000bph filling machine and 36000bph water filling machine.

Bottle Blowing Technology

1.High-efficient Preform Feeding:
The continuous rotating preform feeding system ensures high-speed feeding of preforms. The simple structure effectively reduces maintenance and parts replacement costs.
2.Intelligent Heating System:
The heating head features high-temperature-resistant hard anodized aluminum, offering a smooth surface finish and extended service life. The denser heating spacing and higher thermal efficiency can achieve energy-saving 50-67% and high efficiency.
3.Servo Mold-clamping System:
Mold-clamping system is drove by servo motor and mechanical connecting rods. Drawer type mold structure design, easy mold exchange.

Water Filling Technology

1.Using gripper for hanging the bottle neck during bottle rinsing. when changing bottlesizes, nothing need to adjust in rinsing part. Washing bottle mouth with specialdesigned washing manipulator, clip in the bottle neck, stable and avoid secondary pollution.

2.High precision Filling: the clean bottle will be sent from the washing part to the filling part, it will move up or down by the lifting structure, between this process, the bottle will open the filing valve and then start to fill. lt applies high precision filling valve, correct and fast.

Bottle Capping Technology

1.Adjustable magnetic capping system: Capping adopts advanced adjustable magnetic capping technology, capping working is steady and tight without damage to cap.

2.High efficiency cap sorting device: The cap sorting device is installed above the capping part, the cap will be sorted and come into the capping part by cap conveyor. And the cap is sent to the cap sorting device by cap elevator.
