The can liquid filling equipment is a fully automatic production system designed for can carbonated beverages (such as soda, sparkling water, and soda water).
It integrates bottle blowing, liquid filling equipment, capping, temperature control,and testing. With a focus on high efficiency, low loss, and intelligent management, it meets the large-scale production needs of the modern beverage industry.

1.Isobaric filling technology locks in fresh bubbles
The carbon dioxide isobaric filling process injects high-pressure gas into the bottle before filling to balance the pressure. This allows the carbonic acid gas to dissolve fully in the liquid, reduces foam overflow, and creates long-lasting, delicate bubbles with a refreshing taste.
2.High-precision quantitative control
Equipped with a dual composite system of servo motor and flow meter, the filling accuracy can reach ±0.5%, the liquid level error ≤1mm, suitable for a variety of bottle types from 200ml to 2L, ensuring that the capacity of each bottle of beverage is consistent and reducing raw material loss.

4.Flexible production and fast changeover
Modular structure design, bottle type switching does not require tool adjustment, and parameters (bottle height, diameter, capacity) can be switched with one click through the human-machine interface. The changeover time is ≤15 minutes, meeting the needs of small batch production of multiple categories.
5.Dual optimization of energy saving and consumption reduction
Water saving: Circulating water utilization rate ≥ 90%, water consumption per bottle reduced to 0.1L;
Energy saving: Variable frequency drive technology reduces power consumption by 25%, and the drip-free design of the filling valve reduces the waste of raw materials.
6.Intelligent fault diagnosis system
Built-in sensors monitor pressure, temperature, liquid level and other parameters in real time, automatically alarm and indicate fault points in abnormal conditions, support remote operation and maintenance, and liquid filling equipment overall efficiency (OEE) by 30%.
