Our newly developed Glass Bottle Juice Filling Machine represents the culmination of our decades of experience, incorporating the latest Filling automation technology with deep industry-specific knowledge. Unlike generic filling equipment, this machine is specifically optimized for the unique challenges of juice packaging – from handling varying viscosities to preserving nutritional integrity.
1.Automatic Juice Filling Machine adopt Rinsing / Filling / Capping 3-in-1 technology, PLC control, Touch Screen, it is mainly made of SUS304/ SUS316.
2. It can apply to fill hot fruit juice, tea and other beverageinto thermal proof glass bottle by changing few spare parts.
3. Its usual production capacity is in 1,000-32,000bph, 0.25-2L glass bottle is available.
4 Pivotal electrical parts use Mitsubishi, OMRON, and SIEMENS.
5. Filling accuracy is more or less than 1%.
6. The filling solution giving attention to the color and taste and keeping natural, green , health, nutrition flavor without preservatives and additives brings consumers brand-new and visual sense and comfortable drinking pleasure.

WASHING HEADS
- Glass bottles are transferred via a chain conveyor equipped with a bottle aligner, ensuring stable and precise entry into the starwheel without bottle jamming or breakage.
- All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption and more clean.
- 304/316 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing.
- 304/316 stainless steel washing pump make the machine more durable.
FILLING HEADS
- 304/316 Stainless steel high precision filling nozzle
- Filling volume adjustable in fine rank, same liquid level after filling

SCREW BOTTLE INFEED
