Washing Section
The washing section is designed to thoroughly rinse bottles before filling, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for juice production. Sokos uses a rotary rinser system equipped with stainless steel nozzles and gripping clamps, allowing precise and efficient internal cleaning of each bottle.
High-pressure jets flush out dust, particles, and potential contaminants using clean water or sterilizing solutions. The synchronized design ensures bottles are automatically transferred to the filling section without manual handling, maintaining production speed and product safety.
Filling Section
The filling section is the core of the juice bottling line, designed for accurate and hygienic liquid dispensing. Sokos adopts advanced flow meter or volumetric filling technology, ensuring high precision and consistent fill levels across every bottle.
Our filling valves are equipped with anti-drip and anti-foam design, making them ideal for both hot filling (up to 95°C) and ambient filling of fruit juices, pulp drinks, and concentrates. The system is fully automated and synchronized with the rinsing and capping sections to ensure smooth, high-speed operation.
Capping Section
The capping section ensures secure and precise sealing of each bottle, preserving product freshness and preventing leakage. Sokos machines use a high-speed, fully automatic capping system that is synchronized with the filling process to guarantee efficiency and consistency.
