Washing
The RCGF14-12-5 small juice filling machine system features an advanced high-pressure rinsing module that ensures 99.9% sterilization before filling. Using food-grade sanitizers and automatic bottle inversion, it removes contaminants for safe, hygienic packaging. Ideal for cold-pressed juices, NFC, and dairy beverages, this process meets FDA & ISO standards while reducing water waste.
Filling
Precision volumetric filling technology in the 14-12-5 machine guarantees ±0.5% accuracy for juices, smoothies, and viscous liquids. With anti-drip nozzles and PLC-controlled flow, it minimizes oxidation and preserves freshness & vitamins. Compatible with PET/glass bottles (330ml-1L), this system boosts output to 3,500 bottles/hour without splashing or foaming.
Capping
The 14-12-5’s dual-axis rotary capper secures screw caps, snap lids, and aluminum seals at 12 caps/minute. Its torque-control system prevents overtightening while ensuring leak-proof seals for extended shelf life. Made of 304 stainless steel, this module supports hot-fill and aseptic packaging requirements.
