The rinsing system is equipped with high-precision grippers that securely hold the bottle neck, inverting bottles for internal cleaning. Using sterilized water or ionized air, the machine ensures effective removal of dust and impurities. This section adopts isobaric (equal pressure) filling technology, ideal for carbonated beverages like beer. Before filling, bottles are pre-evacuated and pressurized with CO₂ to prevent oxygen ingress. Liquid is then filled smoothly under equal pressure, minimizing foaming and oxidation. This not only maintains the beer’s freshness and carbonation but also improves filling accuracy and reduces product loss.

After filling, the bottles are immediately transferred to the capping system. The capper uses high-efficiency magnetic torque heads or mechanical pressing heads (depending on cap type) to ensure a tight, consistent seal. The system supports multiple cap types and offers quick format changes, enhancing flexibility for different production needs.
