The BDCGF24-24-8 is a compact, high-speed small beer filling machine combining rinsing, isobaric filling, and capping in one unit. With a capacity of 4,500–5,000 bottles per hour, it ensures precise filling with minimal foam and oxidation.
Made of high-grade stainless steel, it’s hygienic, anti-corrosive, and easy to clean. The magnetic capping system guarantees tight, damage-free seals. Controlled by a PLC with touchscreen interface, it offers stable performance, easy operation, and real-time fault detection—ideal for craft breweries.

Bottle Feeding

The rinsing system clamps and inverts each bottle, then sprays clean or sterilized water inside. It drains the water and resets the bottles upright after rinsing. -
Beer Filling (24 Heads)
The filling station pressurizes each bottle and fills it with beer using an isobaric system. This method keeps the foam low, prevents oxidation, and maintains beer quality. -
Capping (8 Heads)
The capping unit places metal crown caps onto the filled bottles and seals them tightly using magnetic torque heads, ensuring leak-proof and secure closure. -
Bottle Discharge
The discharge conveyor transfers sealed bottles smoothly to the next step—labeling, packaging, or storage. -
Control System
Operators manage the entire process through a PLC and touchscreen panel. They monitor real-time status, adjust parameters, and handle faults quickly and efficiently.
