Working Process of BDCGF24-24-8 Beer Bottle Filling Machine

  1. Bottle Feeding
    The conveyor system guides empty bottles into the machine and accurately positions them for the next stage.

  2. Bottle Rinsing (24 Heads)
    The rinsing system clamps and inverts each bottle, then sprays clean or sterilized water inside. It drains the water and resets the bottles upright after rinsing.

  3. Beer Filling (24 Heads)

  4. Capping (8 Heads)
    The capping unit places metal crown caps onto the filled bottles and seals them tightly using magnetic torque heads, ensuring leak-proof and secure closure.

  5. Bottle Discharge
    The discharge conveyor transfers sealed bottles smoothly to the next step—labeling, packaging, or storage.

  6. Control System
    Operators manage the entire process through a PLC and touchscreen panel. They monitor real-time status, adjust parameters, and handle faults quickly and efficiently.
